Running 37:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:17 / km) +310m 4:20 / km

Night run up Mt Taylor. Took my phone this time hoping to get a photo of the wombat but he proved too elusive this time.

Running 34:00 [4] 7.3 km (4:39 / km) +160m 4:12 / km

Arvo hit out on Farrer. Did 6x2mins hard-ish - one of which was up to the top of the hill.

Mt Taylor at night. Very surprised to see a wombat at the conduit on the Torrens side!

Orienteering 23:50 [5] 4.9 km (4:52 / km) +180m 4:07 / km

Another o race at Mt Taylor, another apparently well-planned course avoiding the big rough hill. Tried to not get in a boo by that and attack knowing Marty would be doing similar. Unfortunately ran full-pelt into a fence on the way to #1. It flipped me right over! Hobbled a bit and was a bit shaken but seemed relatively unscathed so picked the pace back up after a few minutes. Reasonable run in the end but had opened up enough of a door for Marty to beat me by 2secs.

Running warm up/down 9:00 [2] 1.8 km (5:00 / km) +20m 4:44 / km

Running race (Mt Ainslie Run-up) 12:36 [5] 2.2 km (5:44 / km) +220m 3:49 / km

First crack at this - plenty of room for improvement but not too bad.

Running 33:00 [3] 6.9 km (4:47 / km) +30m 4:41 / km

To the start (just in time) and back from the finish with Marty and Ads.

Running 33:00 [4] 6.9 km (4:47 / km) +180m 4:14 / km

Night loop of Taylor. Did 6x2mins to mix things up a bit, but again a bit of a fully tummy. Back filling this so couldn't be bothered separating the session up.
