Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 8.6 km (6:59 / km) +450m 5:32 / km

Ran a training course on Isaacs. Quite steep, hilly and stony as always, which makes it hard to run with any intensity. Good strength training though. My nav was ok and I kept going ok.

Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km) +180m 4:21 / km

Reasonable length warm-up jog through Farrer and Wanniassa, and a jog back to the car.

Running 1:07:00 [4] 15.2 km (4:24 / km) +260m 4:04 / km

Fairly solid run on trails around the pines near the arboretum. Felt ok but a bit achey still.

Running 1:15:00 [3] 14.4 km (5:13 / km) +280m 4:45 / km

Still coughing a bit, but I'm pretty sure it's only residual after the virus has gone and I'm getting impatient. So got up bright (well, still dark) and early and did a gentle run around Farrer and Isaacs. Lots of knots and aches in my legs even though they felt quite rested. Old age I guess.

Looks like racing at the weekend’s brought the cold back again - bit of a cough going on atm. Had been hoping to squeeze in a decent week ahead of the NOLs, ah well.

Running 31:00 [3] 6.5 km (4:46 / km) +50m 4:36 / km

Easy run around the museum peninsula. A bit sore to begin with but ok by the end.
