Only chance to run this weekend with Grace away in Hobart for a few days. Felt alright but I’m really not a morning person for running - always so slow. Went edges of Isaacs, Farrer, Taylor.

Worked today, so thought it’d be rude not to run in. Took the nicer route around the ridges. A bit stiff from last night but kept going alright - taking it pretty easy.

Late 8x3mins on local flattish bike paths - first uphill, then 4 downhills, then 3 uphills. Downs around 3:15 pace, ups around 3:40. Had 1:15 between each so was good to do something a touch faster.

Southside train into work with Sam and Jacob. Sore legs but felt quite good otherwise.

5x2mins hills (1min jog down) on the main trail up Taylor. Legs quite heavy, but that’s normal for hill reps I guess.

Running 48:00 [3] 9.2 km (5:13 / km) +190m 4:44 / km

10min to the hill, 1min jog downs, and about 30mins jog afterwards around Taylor. Cold but clear and still night. Heard an owl.

Usual Monday lunch loop from work. Ok but a bit stiff.
