Tidbinbilla orienteering in the drizzle. Fun course on a fun map that was new for me. Some cool rocks and plenty of veg to nav by and influence route choice, which was a welcome change. Bit of a scrappy run and a few route choice errors - also was getting the Achilles pain back, which is a bit concerning. Fortunately was just enough to keep the youngsters at bay. 2.5.

New map of the arboretum so I couldn’t resist trying that out. Probably the fastest mpks I’ll ever run here for both supply and demand reasons. Good hit out, pretty buggered by the end. Another close tussle, just pipped by Marty this time. 2.

Warm-up plus ran home from the race. Warm day and no shade on the way back, so was truly cooked. 3 - not good.

Late run around Farrer and Isaacs. Fun to be out in the dark for a change but was feeling very slow and ploddy. Saw a lot of possums including several babies. 1.
