Early run up Hackett Hill and Ainslie. A bit stiff and sore today but nice to run somewhere different for a bit.

Proper rainy day which made for fun muddy slippery trails. Got out for a loop around Coolo which was very enjoyable. Started to get rolling a bit in the middle.

Late plod around Oakey. Too late in the day to get much out of runs like this but it was good to do something. Achilles still aches but seems sustainable and manageable.
