Condell race...just tried to hold a steady pace since I was working off little sleep..enjoyed it!

Road bike on trail to N. Chicago and back, pushed it the whole way...windy but felt good...worked on left leg only for 10 drills...I feel like my cycling is getting a little stronger.

Started out with a trail loop to warmup and get going.

Tempo run...felt good. 7:29 @ mile 1; 11:13 @ mile 1.5; 15:01 @ mile 2.

RUN warm up/down 20:00 [1] 1.5 mi (13:20 / mi)

Easy mile walk/run to cool down, just enjoying the great day!.

Need to work on balancing out my strength as left side is significantly weaker than right, will ramp up more and start weights after San Fran.

Treadmill w/out at club...speed today...

1 mile warmup...
6 x .25 miles descending at 1%grade
4% grade walk between
3:30, 3:25, 3:20, 3:15*, 3:10, 3:05
*kinda funny, I could not figure out why this one was so hard, then I realized I forgot to put it back at 1%,it was still at 4%...I almost flew off the back but did it.........

12% walk cooldown ...with some .1 mile sprints at 6:00 mile pace, 1% grade interspersed...

Difficult but good workout...Had some entertainment as I witnessed middle aged men in a fist fight over a basketball game...amazing.........

Planned on swimming but forgot my goggles and can't swim without them..so I did my core work instead...
