Warmup from front lot to hill....3 x up/down loops on 5 min, slow run between. Ran back to car with 3 x 30 sec threshold, 7 min. pace and easy walk/run after.

Monday Oct 1, 2007 #

SWIM 45:00 [3] 2.0 km (22:30 / km)

When things get crazy go for a swim.....

5 min warmup
3x 300; 1 swim, 1 pwp, 1 kick/head up drill alternate by 50; 30 sec rest between
3 x 200 same but 20 sec between
3 x 100 ditto with 10 sec between
