hmm....just realised i've put on some weight, oh well! shouldn't make too much difference i hope. feeling really tired after the weekend, might have an easier week this week.....i dunno though, haven't been doing much lately. still need to get fitter, am feeling rather unfit at the moment

feeling tired from yesterday. legs ache a bit. had a talk on training in the morning and most of the W20girls were doing around 6 hours a week and the 18's were doing about 5. need to do some more training if i want to go to JWOC. i'm not far behind them in training hours.
had a it of a rush to get to the station on time for my train. made it with about 2 mins to spare but then it was delayed so it was ok!!!

running well. training 5 hours a week is having its benefits!! Don't want to oerdo the training though otherwise i'll end up injured. Pleased with my run, probably best ever run in the forest of Dean. Working hard all the way round.

Easy run to loosen up before tomrrow. Feeling tired this week. I've found one of the toughtest things about training is to know when to rest and take it easy, even though i often want to go running. Should start doing some more training now. Only 4 months left til the JK. been averaging 4 hours for several months so i should start doing a little more, maybe something on a saturday....

feeling tired from yesterdays gym session, calves were a little tight. Might be getting a cold although my HR isn't too unusual.
