Run from home to track with Oli & Dave and back with Oli & Rob. Couldn't face staying at work until 5.30 and running straight to track so came home first. Oli was in a boo all the way there complaining about how he didn't want to do the session, but ended up enjoying it.

Track session. 1600m, 1550m, 1550m, 1550m in 5:16, 5:04, 5:07, 5:07. More importantly (for me anyway) the 1500m splits were 4:56, 4:53, 4:56, 4:56. That's the most consistently I have run them for a while so pleased. Bring on Portugal.
