Back down the track, on a warm sunny evening. 2 sets of 4 * 500m with 200m between reps and 400m between sets. Started to feel better as the session went on, and it was good to get a speed workout in, but still feeling laboured at pace. Ran them in between 91 and 92 seconds.

Warm up and warm down laps, plus some strides. Hamstrings pretty tight from yesterday.
