Well that was much better today. Perhaps the fog is starting to lift. It was better for two reasons. Firstly, I was actually enjoying running. I felt more fluid and less tired than recently, despite getting up at 5.45 and travelling to and from London. Secondly, I might be reactivating my left hamstring and running on two legs, which helps.
