| Morning run from Emma's house. Legs feeling a bit stiff after hurdling on Saturday, drills on Monday and track yesterday. Not sure walking round Alton Towers for 5 hours will have helped though! |

| Decided to make the most of the sunshine and a day off work so dusted off the road bike and took it out for a little spin. Didn't take on any big hills and tried to keep my cadence quite high. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy getting out on the bike. I'd also forgotten how rubbish drivers are at judging how fast you are going and so keep pulling out in front of you. |
