Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel 1120 (2)

Run home from work plus warm up and warm down.

Running hills 27:00 [5] 5.6 km (4:49 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel 1120 (2)

Springvale Spirals. Two of each hill, ten in total. That's the first interval session that I've done in quite a while, and it felt tough. Blew the cobwebs away though.

Running 25:00 [2] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)
(rest day) shoes: Asics Gel 1120 (2)

To Leeds station from somewhere in the west of the city (only had to consult the GPS map once!), and then from Sheffield station to work.

Running 59:00 [3] 12.0 km (4:55 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Sensor (8.5)

Rivelin with Rich. Ankles a little bit achey after yesterday. A nice end to a good week of running.

Running 1:22:00 [3] 12.6 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Sensor (8.5)

Terrain-tastic run starting from somewhere above High Bradfield for a change of 'seen'. Most of the run was in terrain, I found it tough and struggled. But still enjoyable, and there was a big group of us out.

Friday Aug 15, 2008 #

Running 1:30:00 [3] 16.0 km (5:38 / km)

Better than work on a sunny Friday afternoon run with Rich. Parked at Heatherdene and went up Win Hill (a new way for me), along the ridge, Hagg Farm, Lockerbrook, Fairholmes and back along the side of the reservoir. Very nice.

Thursday Aug 14, 2008 #

shoes: Asics Gel Sensor (8.5)

Same run as Monday.

Wednesday Aug 13, 2008 #

Parkwood Springs, through the graveyard, Hillsbro Park, Malin Bridge, Rivelin cafe and then straight up the hill to near Bolehill Park, then home.
