Orienteering race 25:00 [5] 5 km (5:00 / km)

Orienteering race 45:00 [4] 6 km (7:30 / km)
Not feeling very good had a sore back and was shite navigating. Couldn't read the map.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3 km (6:40 / km)
jogged about abit -weather foul

Friday Feb 16

Running 40:00 [4] 6 km (6:40 / km)
Model Event at POM. Weather shite ontop of a mountain (1000m). Felt ok but ran with a 7500 map not the 10000 map. Since we've got 10000 tomorrow I think that was a mistake...
Running 20:00 [1] 3 km (6:40 / km)
Morning jog to the thermal spa and back to the accomodation -really slow pace

Thursday Feb 15

Tuesday Feb 13

Running 15:00 [2] 3.2 km (4:41 / km)
I felt awful running this morning -so lethargic. I think according to Dires Straits I need some heavy fuel:

When my ugly big car wont climb this hill
Ill write a suicide note on a hundred dollar bill
cos if you wanna run cool
If you wanna run cool
Yes if you wanna run cool, you got to run
On heavy, heavy fuel
Running 45:00 [3] 8 km (5:38 / km)
Just a short gentle run home -i'm taking it easy in preparation for a massive weekend/next week/following weekend.

Monday Feb 12

Running 15:00 [3] 3.2 km (4:41 / km)
slept:5.0
Usual run to work. Quite tired this morning as i didn't get much sleep finishing the edale skyline map. It's all done now (I hope) and will be coming off the printing press today -and delivered tomorrow morning.
Running 15:00 [2] 3.2 km (4:41 / km)
Run home with 125 A3 heavy guage map bags =heavy -I guess it's how it feels to be fat or to carry a kid?
Running tempo 30:00 [4] 6.6 km (4:33 / km)
Dropped off the map bags at home then went for a pacey little circuit. Felt shite at the start -those hills from yesterday have really killed my legs -i'm glad to see johnson thought the same thing.
