Out to strines for middleditches birthday. Lots of peeps about which was nice. Did a couple of km of pasting it with OJ otherwise pretty steady.

From work to hunters bar and upto to the bridge at the top. Pushed pretty hard and it was pretty warm.

Run home via endcliffe, high storrs (stopping for intervals in the nice grassy field), upto hallamshire golf club, mikes path, bolehill and ome.

Couldn't make it down to the track tonight so did my own intervals. Did some drills and stretching before. Intervals up a gentle hill, and the last two round a hilly loop.
