Jog out from hotel while all the others were at the long.

Warm up long, long warm down with scotia and run back to hotel with hel vino.

WUOC sprint. 17th place. ok should be pleased with that but lost 10 places.

My first 'proper' orienteering since the selection races. It felt good and i was excited. Typical mixed bag of shite terrain. Some nice bits though, and i've noted to stay well clear of anything beige. Map is out of date after only a couple of years.

Some sprint intervals with map on the fortress map from the Europeans. It isn't relevant to the sprint on wednesday whatsoever - well except for the scale.
