Easy spin at lunch - ankle easing. Think I might have to invest in some cheap decathlon spds!

Ladybower, Twitchill, Edale x, Rowley Bridge, Crook Hill, down then back up to Lockerbrook and back. Struggled with the thick mud and rocky descent but worked hard on the hills. Nice to use a properly functioning bike!
