Indian Valley Brown course.
Started to run, and immediately felt pain in right groin, so basically walked and did and old man's shuffle on the course. 5 min error on 2. Description was west side of stream. No point feature. Went in correct clearing near the stream but didn't see the bag, so continued further north, and realized I was definitely too far. Went back and this time looked over stream bank and saw control partially obscured by some tree roots. Otherwide no major navigational error. Lots of run up to top of hill, and run down, and also searching in manzanita groves for control.

Walked with Jill on west side of lake, and then down International Blvd. First time walked there. Found a fairly good Viet Namese restaurant. Walked back via Laney College and the Oakland Museum.
