Started learning the power clean. I think I'm still using my arms to get the bar in the rack position on my shoulders instead of just the momentum of jumping. Had to cut the weight back on the press because I missed Monday.

Right thigh really sore and tender. Don't know what it is. I tripped and fell hard yesterday, and it could be a hematoma, but no black and blue spot. Painful to flex my right knee and hip.
