Sprint course. Not too bad except extrremely slow running. Lost about 1.5 minutes at 22. Looked in an unmapped alcove in the side of the building. Finally decided the control had been vandalized. As I headed off, I saw the control in the "real"alcove.

Woke up at 2:00 and didn't really get backk to sleep until alarm rang at 4:15. Very tired.

Strength training 1:02:00 [4]

Cut weight down a bit since it has been 2 weeks since I did a strength workout. Tried my normal squat weight of 145 lbs., but felt a slight twinge in my left adductor on the 2nd set so quit the squat.
