Rose Garden run. Fairly good. Tripped on sidewalk and skinned up my elbow on the way back, but no major damage.

Slept very well last night. Went to Ajanta, which has fairly salty food. As a consequence, retained fluid and did not have to urinate in the middle of the night. Also gained a kilo, which is just water.
