Was a little nervous, since it will have been a week since my last workout tomorrow because of the schedule changes due to Thanksgiving. However, it went well. I even increased dead lift up to 170 lbs, and started using the weights with lunges again after my fall about 2 weeks ago.

Pretty much a rest day. Gym only open from 10:00-12:00, and we had to go to a brunch with the girls at 10:45. Decided to give my foot another day's rest, although it is feeling fine.

Pain under ball of big toe right foot so decided not to run today, Did intervals on exercycle. 1 min as fast as I could go (about 112-115 rpm) x 5 with 1.0-1.5 min rest between intervals.
