Bon Tempe brown course. Nice event. Sort of like a long cross country sprint, although my sprinting days are long gone. Made several errors, including a 3-4 minute one at the map exchange. Did a 180. Forgot to check the NS lines, and headed in wrong direction. Overshot 1, went to the saddle SE of the correct saddle on 15, went too far west on 24 and had to double back ( probably got drawn off course by Jay who headed that way also) Otherwise, just slow. Didn’t really need my hiking stick. Only used it once climbing the hill out of 17.
