Lake Merritt. Since I am still recovering from my Covid shot, decided to just do a steady slow run, not that I could run faster if I wanted to. I have no stamina. Start off slow, and peter off. I wish I could keep a reasonable steady pace without having to walk in between.

Feel much better today. Slept about 9 hours last night.
