Lake Merritt. Slow continuous jog. Started out with my usual run 90 seconds, walk 30 seconds, but noticed I was still "running" very slowly, Decided to see what would happen if I ran continuously, which I haven't done is a year or so. Was able to keep up my slow pace the whole way. Amazing to see the deterioration over the last few years. It was only 5 years ago that I did the 5K loop at 28:15 or so.
Tripped and fell near the toilets. Landed on both hypothenar eminences, right forearm, and right knee. A little scrape on the knee, and slight tenderness of both wrists, but no serious damage.
