pretty intense upper-body w/o

pretty intense run on the treadmill. did an aerobic curcuit where include gradually cycled higher/lower. Started at 5mph and topped out at 7mph, which I stayed at for 2 minutes before slowing down. Felt pretty good considering it had been a while since my last run.

slow-moderate w/o on precor. Bursted for about 5 minutes and got heart jumpin, then slowed down to about 130 beats/minute.
