Ran 2 miles in 1st 20 minutes. Started speed at 5.0 and stepped up .2 every 20 seconds until reach 7.0, where I stayed for a few minutes until dropping back down to 6.0 and finishing the 2 miles at that pace. Spent the next 5 minutes walking.
