Bit of a poor effort. Felt absolutely shit from about 45 minutes, and spent the rest of the time just struggling home. Just had no energy this morning.

Did a bit of a middle-distance style thing on Nerina. Had some longer legs as well, so that I could stretch it out a bit. Pretty chilly, only 7 degrees out this morning.

Very nice out, with no wind tonight. Up through Nerria, and then back past little Bendigo. Quite a few hills out there, and some of the latter ones were a struggle. Thankfully the last 2km was practically all down hill.

Bit of a run around Creswick Diggings on the way back to Ballarat. Just managed to beat the rain back to the car.

Orienteering race 44:00 [2] 6.9 km (6:23 / km)

First run in a week after a cafe owner tried to poison me after my Buninyong event. Even had to have my first illness related day off work in 18 months. Went out ery conservatively to make sure that I was able to get around without vomiting or passing out. Ended up getting through it OK, but it wasn't the hardest workout ever.

Putting controls out for the local event. Got double figures for attendence, so that was good, but probably not even a quarter of what Bendigo got on Saturday. Bloody cold out at 8:15 in the morning.

Run 20:00 [2]

Pulling controls in from the event. Got some help from Mum and Dad, so that made it considerably quicker.

Much better today, but then I didn't really do a lot of navigating out there. Much more of a run than anything else, but it was a lot of fun. Suffered a little bit in the green at the end.

Very interesting concept by Simon and Dion.

Absolute shit today. Very scrappy for most of the course, and a couple of epic mistakes thrown in there for good measure.

Was going quite well for the first few controls, but then managed to screw it up. Very good course on a great area.

Riding- Road 1:24:00 [3] 40.32 km (2:05 / km)

Fantastic day. Nice and sunny, and pretty warm as well. Went out Mt Buninyong, and then down through Mt Clear and home. Could have spent a lot longer on the bike, but I am a bit pressed for time at the moment.
