Nice easy day at work today for once. As a result, got to run when it was about 10 degrees for a change.

Cold, wet weather and being on call has given me a good excuse not to do much so far this week.

Sun was out today, which made for a lovely run. Wasn't feeling too springy early on, but raced some mountain bikers up Alkera Rd and managed to beat them (but suffered a little bit on the way home after the effort).

Very nice finish along the creek, with the sun shining and the water gurgling away in the creek.
