Quite unmotivated after working the last 17 out of 18 days.

Mona Fartlek around the Lake. Started off well, but struggled during the las couple of minutes.

Ride after a particularly ordinary day at work. Felt pretty tired at the beginning, but felt a bit better towards the end. Very windy.

Couple of uninspired laps of the lake after work. Far too may people out, with either them or their dogs/children/prams trying to trip me up.
