Local trails. Ride was not meant to be- we had to leave in a hurry for an house showing, Eric's bike is acting up and we were really sleepy.

Finally tried the new bike out. I think it's a bit on the big side but then again the positioning on my old bike was not right. We'll see. I must say it is fast...I sprinted up some hills and you can really feel the difference between the new and old bikes.

Tiger w/ Duncan and Rick. Felt sluggish on the climb and tried to brake as little as possible on Preston. Fun ride with good company and nice weather.

10 sets of stairs (dubbed "stairs of doom" by my neighbors)- singles, doubles, lunges. My legs were actually kind of shaky by the end. Walked the long way back home.

Leg length discrepancy feels really "off" today and has for the past week or so. I bet I'm just noticing it more since I've been off the bike for a while.

MTB race (Mountains to Sound) 55:00 [5] 15.0 mi (3:40 / mi)

First leg of Mtns to sound race. Months of slow riding, no warmup and no inhaler made for a painful ride. But, it was fast and fun so it's OK. Pretty chaotic at the start...they should do something about that for next year's race. I was either the first or second chick to cross the finish line.

First trail run in a long time- it was great!!! Slow jog around Cougar. The run down clay pit road kind of bothered by knees but otherwise I felt Ok.

My left wrist is totally acting up again. My neighbor/hand surgeon checked it out and said it's basically tendonitis. He's going to give me a cortisone injection next week :)

Social Grand Ridge ride with some of Eric's coworkers. I was faster than most of the guys but I think I could use a break from the bike. I might start trail running if I can find someone slow to join me.

Tour o' Tiger with a few teammates and thier kids. Easy pace up, two flats on Preston and a long grind up the detour (which sucked by the way). I probably won't go back anytime soon. I think I'm starting to turn into a cyclocross weenie...I have no tech or downhill skills anymore.
