Ladies MTB ride on the Thrilla trail. Pace was quick but we had a lot of stops/regroups. I REALLY needed this fast ride to get my mojo back! Knee felt really good- only mild discomfort while spinning on the Sammamish trail back to Marymoor.
It is time that I learned how to swim properly. Starting from the absolute beginning- just being in the water. Mostly kickboard and just putting my face in the water. Ugh. If I ever have kids I will make sure they learn to swim as todders.
Devil's gulch. took longer than I had planned, but between my crazy knee pain, eric's double quad charley horse, and the mud I'm glad we finished at all. Amazing ride though!
Stairmaster. Hands still iffy so no biking. R knee is having some lateral pain, but not as bad as during the race. Gotta take it easy even tho it's killing me!
