Decided to ride beginner after a group of experienced 4's sandbagged. Got me thinking that maybe I'm not ready for the other group. Much more challenging this week w/ a lot of learning. Won the race again, then jumped in men's race for a lap...ha- they are way too fast!

Knee felt fine all last month since I didn't exercise at all. Since I got back on a routine last week it's bothering me again.

Day #2 of Italian invasion...hope to get in some hills after work.
