| I need to revise my plan due to some conflicts:
-Today car is going to the shop, so I'm riding/running at Tiger.
-Tomorrow- Ride to/from work as I won't have a car.
-Thursday- Foot appt after work. Have to swing by Redmond to p/u the MTB. Quick trail run when I get home w/ Eric.

| L Wrist is in bad shape- pretty much non-weight bearing and has very limited palmar flexion. Making a dr appt tomorrow. Shouldn't have ridden, but my R foot is bugging me and running didn't seem like a good idea either. This is getting very frustrating. |

Tues- Cross skills, fast MTB ride
Wed- Ride to Tiger, then do some hill repeats on and off bike.
Thursday- Trail run w/ some sprints thrown in. Location TBD.
Friday- TBD...might drive up to Whistler. |

| Had to do my cross skills today. Stupid Dubya's motorcade spoiled my plans to pick up my MTB in Redmond. I'll have to go tomorrow after work now.
