5.35am: A nice morning to be out running with the sun coming up and still in the mid 60's degF as later to be close to 90 deg. Not ready for summer. Out 17.42, back 8.24, (0.26 waters top at Lloyd Hall) and 8.11. Felt pretty good. Breakfast in the garden with a good chocolate and banana protein shake. A good start to the day.
