6.25am: 38 degF. Nice, but chilly morning. Nice morning light. Cycled the loop, down to South Street bridge and back via skateboard park.
Well, the first of three exercise goals for 2017 achieved - min 30 mins average exercise per day for the year. Past the 182.5 hrs today. Getting close to other two goals as well. Only bummer is that I have not lost any weight in the process.
