slept:6.5 shoes: Innov8 Road-X 255

6.50am: In Scottsdale AZ for business staying at the FLW Biltmore. Yesterday was strange. Arrived in Phoenix on Sunday evening for a rainstorm that night and Mon am that produced the most rain here since 1933! Felt like I was in Scotland not AZ. Ran along the canal and it was really humid from all the rain, rather than the usual dry heat - still hot though. Moved along at a decent pace.

Cycling 38:06 [3] 9.5 mi (4:01 / mi)
slept:8.0 weight:194lbs shoes: Bike: Jamis Coda Comp - hybrid

11.00am: perfect day as a cold front had gone through. 80 degF and a bit windy heading out on West River Dr. Pushed at a decent speed but too many people on Kelly Dr on the way back, so had to slow down almost stop several times. Still it was too beautiful a day that one needed to get out, especially before flying out to Phoenix on business.
