9.30am: cold and cloudy 32degF. Thigh muscles very tight despite stretching a lot and using the thumper. Definitely a plod along the river, thank goodness for some good tunes.

9.30am: cloudy and chilly 36 degF. Short run along the river as a start and hopefully not pull any muscles or tendons, so a success! Back in time to watch part of the Thanksgiving parade on the Parkway.

2.10pm: Between a train blocking the crossing and the clean-up after the Philly Marathon, getting onto West River Dr wasn't straight forward. Nice day 55degF, pushed along at a decent pace. Out 17.28, back Kelly Dr 17.20.
