6.00am: Beautiful morning 56degF and the sun coming up. Body felt better for having seen Tony the chiropractor yesterday. I had a bulging disc and both my knees were out of alignment. He also removed the stress out of my neck which was a major relief. Anyway a nice run and good start to another crazy week.

9.15am: A perfect Spring day, so cycled the loop (crowded on L
Kelly Dr with a schools regatta), then up to Falls Bridge and back on West River Dr then the loop again and down to South Street Bridge and back home. Kept up a good pace and felt good. A fun ride.

9.30am: A beautiful day. Tired after a pretty hectic week at work. Good tunes to run along the river kept me going. Out 26.06, back with 45 sec water stop at Lloyd Hall, 26.27.
