slept:6.5 weight:203.6lbs shoes: Bike: Jamis Coda Comp - hybrid

9.40am: Carol and I cycled out to Valley Forge. Stopped for iced coffee at Conshocken. (59.52).Nice sunny day, so glad started early. Was good to do the stretch onto Valley Forge for a change. (36.21). Feeling dehydrated on the way back, so stopped for a mango water ice at Rita's in Manayunk. (1.09.09), then rode home. (33.09). A good ride but with heat 88degF definitely feeling dehydrated and tired the last bit.

Dragon Boat Racing 1:15:00 [3]
slept:6.5 weight:204.8lbs

6.30pm: dragon Boat practice. A tough one, as much from not being on the river for a while and it was hot, mid 80's degF. Next week is race day, but alas will miss with going to take Alison to the U.S. Team trials. It will be nice to orienteering again.

Cycling 39:46 [4] 11.5 mi (3:27 / mi)
slept:7.0 weight:204.8lbs shoes: Bike: Jamis Coda Comp - hybrid

5.50am: Cloudy 55degF. Cycled the loop and doWn to South Street Bridge and home. Felt good, so kept up a good cadence the whole way. Out to Fall's Bridge 17.30. - I think my fastest time on this stretch.
A good ride to good music- Avalanche City. A good way to start the day.

Stretching 10:00 [0]

Stretching after cycle.
