slept:7.0 weight:206.8lbs shoes: Bike: Jamis Coda Comp - hybrid

9.00am: 72 deg F, 80% humidity. Cycled out West River Dr to Falls Bridge and back to skateboard park and out again and back with Carol. A good steady pace, then back out again and back home, though had to backtrack as train blocking track crossing.
A good ride.

slept:6.5 weight:206.8lbs shoes: Bike: Jamis Coda Comp - hybrid

5.35am: Nice morning 72degF, 80% humidity, but before sun rise, it was a nice morning to cycle loop, down to South St and back via skateboard park. Kept a good tempo up the whole way. Felt good.

Stretching 10:00 [0]

Stretching after cycle ride.

running 37:34 [1] 4.1 mi (9:10 / mi)
slept:8.0 weight:206.8lbs shoes: Aric's GT-2000 - 2015

6.20am: just got back from Scotland last night and what a contrast. Give me the Scottish temps. At this early hour it was 72degF and 85% humid. You could shovel the air it was so humid. A plod is more like the description rather than a run. Lost 2.2 lbs sweat in the 37.5 mins!

Stretching 10:00 [0]

Good stretching after run/plod.

Cycling 28:00 [3] 6.0 mi (4:40 / mi)
slept:7.5

Isle of Coll: Alas our 48 hour visit came to an end. Cycled the bike rental back from Stronvar to the village, then we caught the boat back to Oban. Despite a slight drizzle, soaked in the fresh Island air, the bog myrtle and the views to the surrounding isles and mainland. This is a very special place that can't wait so long to come back again.

Cycling 2:10:00 [1] 18.0 mi (7:13 / mi)

Isle of Coll:
Am: Cycled to and from Feall Bay. Alas the great sand dune has been covered with the spiky grass over the years and is no longer the great slide. The beach was a beautiful as ever, but a stiff breeze and cold water meant only a paddle.
Pm: Carol, Heather, Vicky, Catharine and I cycled into the village via Totronald, the Bends, and Ballyhough. A fun ride, glad to have mountain bike through the bends as no asphalt just packed sand.
PM: after a good meal in village cycled back to Stronvar.
