10.50am: A new year so the stats are reset to zero. Plan more running and a lot more orienteering this year, but main target is average 30 mins exercise per day. So day 1 a slow run along the river, out West River Dive to Strawberry Mansion bridge, and over to Kelly drive and back home. With the little running I have done recently the intent was to keep going however slow. A nice day mid 40's.

6.25am: 36 degF, but nice watching it get light as I cycled the loop. Went on the path out on West River Dr. Finally hit the 1,000 mile mark for cycling for the year.

8.30am: Still feeling blocked up with a cold, but getting out for some fresh air was needed. Chilly 39degF and cloudy. Cycled the loop twice and down to south street bridge and back - had detour via ParkTowne as part of path closed due to repairs to river bank.
