9.00am: Cloudy 43degF. Ran up Parkway, but section cut of for march, so detoured a bit but saw the river trail is open again which is great news. No music as ishuffle is kaput. Out 26.09, back 25.46.

6.35am: It has been a long week. Needed some exercise. Steady pace, no music as iPad dead, so opted for 500 strokes which was close to 20 mins so did 20mins. Resistance level 9, calories burnt 236.
