8.30am: 72degF, dew pt 70, humidity 85%, in other words nasty and sticky with sun. A plod along the river, had to stop at Lloyd Hall on the way back. Lost over 3lbs in sweat!!

9.00am: 75degF but humid. Cycled out beyond Conshocken to just before Norristown sewage plant. Out 59.44, back to Coffee shop 9.14, iced coffee, then cycled home 50.06. Good steady pace.
