8.35am:73degF, dew put 73, 90% humidity. While cooler still felt like soup, but determined to hit the 300 mile mark for the year. A plod up the Parkway and out along the river. Out 29.01, back to Lloyd Hall 19.10. Stopped there to cool down and drink water.

5.30am: 69 degF, 70% humidity, partly sunny. Nice run along the river, to good tunes as finally got tunes loaded into computer and iPod. Apple certainly doesn't want to make it easy or intuitive. Out 18.15, back 17.36.

8.15am: A perfect morning 75degF 50% humidity and sunny. Cycled out to Norristown Transportation Center. Good tunes listening to Amy McDonald. Out 1.08.28. Back to Conshocken coffee shop for an iced coffee stop, 14.03. Cycled back home 49.25.

11.55am: cycled along path to bike shop to get pedal fixed. Turns out bike needs a tune up. Need to get this scheduled.
