2.30pm: Got back from Mount Penn early. Body sore and calf and thigh muscles very tight, (booked massage for next Sunday - much needed.), but a nice afternoon in Philly 66 degF, so felt the need to go for a run. Felt slowish, so happy with overall pace considering. Train passing on way back so continued down to SEPTA bridge by JKF and back while waiting for train to pass.
