9.25am: 42degF and sunny. Run along the river. Train passing by blocking crossing on way back so continued down to Septa bridge.
Tired, but a happy camper as achieved all 3 2017 exercise goals today.
Over 30 min average exercise- currently 189 hrs, cycle 1000, and run 500 miles. Happy, but don’t seem any fitter, in fact average per mile running pace is slower!

1.10pm: 39 degF, sunny. Watched the Thanksgiving parade in the morning on the Parkway. Run along the river to St Joes Boat club.

4.45pm: 54 degF, sunny until sun went down. Good run along the river. Felt a decent pace for me.

Approx 8.30am: 56 degF, but very windy. Went out to watch a bit of the Philly marathon with Carol then headed out slowly past the crowds watching the marathon until Manayunk. Quite the head wind in places on the trail out to Norristown Transportation Center.

Cycled back from Norristown Transportation Center along trail at a good speed with tail wind to Manayunk then with all the crowds for the marathon, opted to go up and over the bridge on the BalaCynwood trail, into Fairmount Park along Belmont Plateau and down hill to Strawberry Mansion bridge and back along west river drive to the skateboard park.

As so close to cycling target for 2017, opted to cycle back to Strawberry Mansion bridge and back home. Very strong headwind going out, nice coming back.
Now 2 out of 3 2017 exercise goals achieved, just 18.75 miles to run and all 3 goals achieved. A happy camper.
