9.10am: Sunny 34 degF. Up The Parkeay and out Kelly Dr. ok going out but struggled a bit on way back. Not drinking enough water in general. Need to work on that. Definitely not in shape. Need to work on that too.

10.30am: Beautiful sunny day but chilly! 18 degF with wind chill of 6 deg. Well bundled up, but felt need of exercise. Cycled the loop and down to South st bridge and back via skateboard park. Strong headwind going out on West River Drive. Good to be out. Looking forward now to a massage this afternoon.
