9.39am: Edinburgh Park Run at Cramond with Alison. Chilly but the wind in my he end wasn’t too bad. Got a good steady pace. A good start to the day full of celebrations for Audrey’s 90th Birthday.

9.20am: Cold and cloudy 33 deg(wind chill 28) so opted to cycle rather than run. Decent pace, 2x the loop then down beyond South St bridge as the next section of Schuilkyll River Trail open, (about another 400m)and back via skateboard park. A good ride.
