9.10am: Wet morning, but temperature dropped to 66 degF which feels wonderful. Opted to do a longer erg session. Resistance level 7. Kept a good steady cadence and pushed last 4 minutes. A good session.

5.40am: 77 degF83% humidity. Cycled the loop and down trail south of South Street bridge and back via skateboard park as it got lighter before the sun rose. A good steady pace.

8.50am: Cycled with Carol and a lady Helen from Nelson NZ that we met cycling on Saturday, out to the trail end between Oaks and Phoenixville. It was hot and humid. On way back stopped at Rita’s for a mango water ice which was much needed. A good ride.

8.25am: 71 degF, 82% humidity, cloudy. Run along the river out to Kelly statue. A struggle, humidity meant not getting a good breath.
